By downloading, accessing, or using the Truth or Dare mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App. The App is rated 18+ and is intended for mature audiences only.

2. Description of Service

Truth or Dare is a party game application featuring swipeable question and dare cards across 5 categories. The app includes:

• Free Categories: Icebreaker (fun party starters and conversation openers) and Casual (lighthearted questions for friends and groups)
• Premium Categories: Flirt (romantic tension and playful teasing) and Foreplay (intimate questions for partners)
• Premium Bundle: Complete bundle containing all premium categories at a discounted price

All questions are bundled with the app and stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information from users. The App contains mature content and is rated 18+.

3. Free and Premium Features

3.1 Free Categories

The free version of Truth or Dare includes two complete categories: Icebreaker (fun party starters and conversation openers to break the ice) and Casual (lighthearted questions perfect for friends and group settings).

3.2 Premium Categories

Premium categories are available through one-time in-app purchases:

• Individual Categories: $2.99 each (Flirt or Foreplay)
• Complete Bundle: $8.99 (all premium categories)
• Limited-Time Offer: 50% off bundle ($4.99 instead of $8.99) for the first hour after installation

Category Descriptions:

• Flirt: Build romantic tension with playful teasing and flirty challenges perfect for dates or groups looking to heat things up
• Foreplay: Intimate questions and dares designed for partners to deepen connection and explore together

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are one-time only with no recurring charges.

3.3 No Account Required

Truth or Dare does not require user accounts or registration. All data is stored locally on your device, ensuring complete privacy.

4. User Content and Data

Truth or Dare operates entirely offline. Your purchase history and unlock status are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal data, gameplay history, or content. Your device's standard backup mechanisms will preserve your purchase status.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Age Restrictions

Age Requirement: Truth or Dare is rated 18+ and contains mature content. You must be at least 18 years old to download and use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or reverse engineer the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Attempt to circumvent or disable security features or payment mechanisms
• Share or distribute premium content outside the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 Premium Category Purchases

Premium categories are available through one-time purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing:

• Individual categories: $2.99 each (Flirt or Foreplay)
• Complete bundle: $8.99 (all premium categories)
• First-hour discount: Bundle available at $4.99 for 1 hour after first app launch

All payments are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are one-time only with no recurring charges or subscriptions.

6.2 Refunds

All sales are final. Refund requests for premium categories should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process payments directly. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made. The 1-hour discount timer is a promotional offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, though since the App functions locally, termination primarily affects your right to use the App legally. Premium categories purchased will remain functional unless you delete the App.

12. Updates and Modifications

12.1 App Updates

We may periodically update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be required for continued use of the App.

12.2 Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Polish arbitration rules, except that you may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
